I have LIMITED availability however will be taking on TWO new clients for 2-3 hours per week in the New year, so if you want to kick off 2020 on the right foot let me know and we’ll get you started.
WHAT WILL WE BE DOING:
Our sessions will be broken into a blend of cardio and weight training dependant on your goals. I always advocate weight training however this doesn’t mean there wont be any cardio, especially if fat loss is your goal.
Our 2 – 3 sessions a week will be programmed specific to your training availability and how much training you will be undertaking on your own. Personal training is a great way to reach your goals, however if you are relying on 2 sessions a week to change your body shape in 6 weeks then you will be disappointed.
We will set realistic goals and also discuss a nutrition plan. NOT A DIET PLAN, a nutrition plan meaning we will look at your current eating habits and patterns and see what can be improved upon.
Our sessions will be 1 hour long, so there are still plenty of hours in the week you will need to hold accountability and keep yourself on track. I will be doing check ins with you to ensure you are keeping to the plan and making progress!
