£250 – 8 Sessions (over 2 month period)
£330 – 12 Sessions (over 3 month period)
Packages can be arranged if training with a friend.
1-2-1 Session: Personal Coaching and motivation throughout your session to ensure you are training correctly using proper form and technique. This means you get the most out of your time in the gym and get the results you deserve.
Tailored Programmes: Everybody is unique and therefore your programme should be. I offer personalised programming creating a programme specific to your ability, experience and goals. We will change this as you progress and change.
Nutritional Advice: What we eat is always going to be the key to success, so we will work to get you eating healthy and nutritious foods that you enjoy. To keep you on track we will you recording methods such as food diaries and weekly communication. There are a number of methods to do this and we will pick the best fit for you.

Our initial meeting will involve discussing your goals, needs, expectations and find out your current fitness and ability level.
We will go through some basic movements to see how you perform, find out your current level and discuss how best to set a plan into place to meet your goals.
Once we have an idea of where you are at and where you want to go we can discuss a training programme that will suit you best and get you started.
